We offer multiple lines of engraving on each barrel a pen and you should specify which barrel to engrave. A Sierra style pen has a single barrel so you would not need to specify which barrel to engrave. But for example Cigar style or Euro style pen has two barrels and you will need to specify upper or lower barrel . All key chains are considered 1 barrel items.

Standard processing (7-12 days) this is in addition normal crafting time.
