Shredded U.S. Currency Cast in Polyester Resin
The U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing shreds all currency that fails quality
control inspection. They then sell it to the public in 5lb bags. I take the shredded
currency and cast it in blocks with polyester resin then cut them up to make pens.
